Product Description:

The Diagnostic Reagent Filling Line has a production capacity of 28~40 bottles/minute (according to actual test). The capping torque control is achieved through servo technology. The voltage and HZ are 208V 60Hz.

The liquid supply method is customer optional. A pipeline infusion pump is configured to draw the liquid from the customer's larger liquid supply transfer tank (or preparation tank), send it to a smaller container (such as 10L), and supply it to the second set of peristaltic pumps at the filling station. To ensure the stability of the flow and velocity of the peristaltic pump, a weighing platform is used to control the high and low liquid levels of the small tank to ensure the filling accuracy of the peristaltic pump.
