This machine is equipped with a 5 heads aseptic filling and capping machine. It features servo motor controls for the positioning screw of bottle separating and the capping unit lifting type capping. Two sets of servo systems are used to control the filling and cap lifting mechanism. The filling needle, which is equipped with automatic protection function for deviation from the bottle mouth, is controlled by a servo-controlled peristaltic pump. Additionally, a 316L liquid distributor (5 channels) is also included.

To ensure the filling process is precise and safe, a rejection unit is included. It is equipped with an automatic reject workstation and conveyor belt controlled by servo motor. An unqualified bottle can be pushed into the corresponding channel of the collection platform. At the top of each channel, a full bottle sensor is installed for accurate detection.

To monitor the quality of the filled medium, the machine is also equipped with an online particle and planktonic monitoring system (particle counting devices for environmental monitoring). It is controlled by an independent Siemens PLC and touch screen.

For precise bottle separating, the machine is also equipped with a bottle separating method driven by a servo motor. It is designed to separate bottles with a compressed air pressure of 0.6MPa.
